IRP understands the realities of fabrication environments where productivity, weld quality and dimensional accuracy must all work together under tight production deadlines. That means we assess welders based on these and many other factors which then means more pass weld test and meet your clients’ QC standards. Fabricators are different again and while many can weld, we look for fabricators who can consistently maintain quality, manage distortion, interpret workshop drawings and keep fabrication moving efficiently across the floor.

Our team understands structural steel, piping and heavy fabrication workflows, including fit-up processes, material handling, welding procedures and QA inspection requirements.
